We can feel the excitement from here. You’ve got WeLink internet headed your way, and you’re ready for your in-home delivery and setup. Your in-home delivery is a quick and painless visit where we set up the basic framework for your new wireless system. We include the following with your WeLink in-home delivery and setup:

- No installation or setup fees. Period.
Here’s what you can expect before, during, and after your visit.
1. A WeLink Pro will come to your house on your scheduled date.
As we begin rolling out a whole new network in your area, we start with having people sign up and receive their in-home WiFi setup. During your in-home delivery, we’ll bring you everything you need for whole-home WiFi and prepare your home for your future broadband network. When we’re ready for your in-home delivery and setup, we’ll reach out to you to schedule a quick visit. Let us know when you’ll be available for us to swing by and get you set up.
2. You’ll receive new equipment at no cost to you.
When we arrive, we’ll deliver to you 2 new, high-speed wireless mesh routers (a $399 value). You’re more than welcome to check them out and ask us any questions, but we won’t be using these until we come back at a later date to finish your outdoor installation.
We provide mesh routers because they are the fastest and most reliable routers available. Where traditional WiFi routers use boosters to amplify a signal, mesh routers work together to create a wide-ranging signal across your entire home. They’re also extremely secure, yet easy to connect all your devices to. You’re going to love your new system and the best part is, we install it all for you for free.
3. We’ll install your WeLink modem and network power device on the inside and outside of your home.
A WeLink Pro will install your ethernet modem and network power connector on the inside and outside of your home. These devices connect through an exterior wall and work together, acting as the engine behind your home internet. Using high-speed ethernet over coax (EOC), your WeLink modem connects your in-home WiFi to your rooftop network receiver (which we will install on a separate occasion) for uninterrupted and seamless broadband access.

When we’re finished installing your network power devices, we’ll let you give you a quick walkthrough of your new setup. Your in-home delivery and power setup will only take about an hour to complete. We’ll let you know when we’re coming to stop by, just let us know if you won’t be home to let us in. When your in-home delivery and setup are complete, we’ll let you know when we are ready to install your wireless network receiver.

Q: When will I receive my in-home delivery and setup?
A: You will receive your in-home delivery and setup after you sign up for WeLink service and before your network is active. We’ll reach out to schedule a day and time window that works for you.
Q: What happens before, during, and after my WeLink in-home delivery and setup?
A: We’ll schedule your installation, come by and install your cabling and in-home setup, and deliver your new routers. We’ll then reach out to schedule a separate time to install your network receiver.
Q: How long does the in-home delivery and setup take?
A: Your in-home setup typically takes an hour or so to complete.
Q: Do I need to be home during the in-home delivery and setup? What if I won’t be home during my scheduled time?
A: You will need someone of at least 18-years of age or older at home when we perform your in-home delivery and setup. If you can’t make your scheduled time, please call us, and we’ll get you rescheduled.
Q: Can I keep my old router?
A: Yes, but we recommend using our ultra-high-speed, wireless routers for the best experience.
Q: Is the device you install on my interior wall a modem? Does it need to connect to the exterior wall?
A: Yes. We will work with you to find a good spot.
Q: Can I use my new WiFi after my in-home delivery and setup are complete?
A: While getting your equipment is an important step, we have a lot of other important steps to ensure that your home and the rest of the homes in your network have a rock-solid foundation in place.
Q: Does WeLink have any installation fees, setup fees, or equipment fees?
A: No, we don’t charge for standard equipment, installation, or setup. Period.
Q: Can I cancel my current internet provider yet?

Q: Will my new WeLink network be secure?
A: Yes. Your safety is a top priority. We use standard encryption and other safety protocols to ensure your connection is private and secure.
Q: Will one WeLink network be enough to connect all my devices?
A: Yes. Your in-home WiFi network will be able to support 75+ devices.
