Your Consent To Use Electronic Records and Signatures. From time to time, WeLink and its affiliates or agents (collectively, “we”, “us” or “Company”) may provide you with certain notices, disclosures or contracts, some of which are required by law to be “in writing”. The federal E-SIGN Act and certain state laws allow us to provide you these written notices, disclosures or contracts electronically with your consent. These laws also allow the use of electronic signatures. Described below are the terms and conditions for providing you such notices, disclosures or contracts electronically as well as to use electronic signatures. This consent relates to any electronic records or signatures associated with any of your WeLink services as long as you subscribe to the services, including, but not limited to, this E-SIGN Act and Disclosure Consent, your installation and services agreement and order form, changes to terms and conditions related to your service, service messages, billing statements, and notices related to services or price changes (collectively, “Electronic Records”). We also reserve the right to provide you notices, disclosures or contracts in paper, even if you have consented to receive Electronic Records.

Please read the information below thoroughly and, if you can access this information electronically to your satisfaction and agree to these terms and conditions, please confirm your acceptance of this agreement by clicking the “I agree” button located on the previous page. If you do not agree to use electronic signatures or to receive Electronic Records, please do not select the “I agree” button and instead call us at 1-844-285-9434.  

Paper Copies. At any time, you may request from us paper copies of any Electronic Records at no cost to you. You may request delivery of paper copies by contacting us through any of the methods described in the section below entitled “Requests to the Company.” Additionally, you may download and print a copy of the respective policy, terms of service, message, notice, or disclosure presented to you in full or as accessed by website link at the time you access or are viewing them on your computer.

Withdrawal of Consent; Consequences. If you agree to receive Electronic Records, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and at no cost to you. You must inform us of your decision by contacting us through any of the methods described in the section below entitled “Requests to the Company.” If you elect to receive records only in paper format, or refuse to sign electronically, it may slow down the speed at which you receive documents or information about your account or services. 

Your Contact Information. If you elect to receive Electronic Notices, you must keep your email address up to date with us. We reserve the right to send Electronic Records to any email address that we have on file for you. You may change that email address at any time by contacting us through any of the methods described in the section below entitled “Requests to the Company.”

Requests to Company. To request paper copies of Electronic Records, withdraw consent to conduct business electronically and receive documents, notices, or disclosures electronically or sign documents electronically, or change your contact information please contact us by telephone at 1-844-285-9434, by email at support@welink.com, or if you are already a WeLink Customer by logging into your WeLink account.

Hardware And Software Minimum Requirements. In order to access, view, and retain Electronic Records that we make available to you, you must have:

• Sufficient electronic storage capacity on your computer’s hard drive or other data storage unit.
• An active e-mail account with an Internet service provider and e-mail software.
• A personal computer or other electronic device, operating system and telecommunications connections to the Internet capable of receiving, accessing, displaying, and either printing or storing Electronic Records received from us in electronic form.
• Software that allows you to view PDF documents and a standards-compliant web-browser which supports the HTTPS protocol, HTML, and cookies.

These minimum requirements are subject to change in our sole discretion. If these requirements change, and such change creates a material risk that you would not be able to access or retain your Electronic Records, we will provide you notice at the email address we have on file for you, at which time you will have the right to withdraw your consent.

Terminations / Changes. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue the provision of your Electronic Records, or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide Electronic Records.  We will provide you with notice of any such termination or change as required by law.
